2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued (minus applicable restocking fees).

✔ Frame: 5-year limited warranty on galvanized steel structure.
✔ Polycarbonate Panels: 5-year limited warranty against yellowing and UV degradation.
✔ Hardware & Components: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Storage Building Warranty
✔ Steel Frame: 10-year warranty against rust and structural defects.
✔ Roof & Panels: 5-year warranty for material integrity.
✔ Doors & Windows: 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Warranty Does Not Cover
1.Damage caused by extreme weather conditions (tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc.).
2.Improper installation, modification, or misuse of the product.
3.Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damages.

2. We will review your claim and may request additional details.
3. If approved, we will provide replacement parts or solutions based on the warranty terms.

- Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply.

- Used, Installed, or Modified Items – Products that have been assembled or altered cannot be returned.
